
Dan Maltbie
Dan has been training in the Marshall County area since 2006 and was chosen to lead his battalion gym while serving in the United States Army.

Functional training and working with youth are his passions and he is able to train clients on-site at Sand Mountain Park or virtually from anywhere.
Exercise and Fitness Offerings
In-Person Training Sessions
I am available to work with you by scheduling online at the SMPA, or by contacting the website. In addition, sessions can be booked outdoors or in your home gym.

Virtual Training and Check-ins
Training virtually allows me to provide the same services as on-site clients on your time.

Youth Exercise Instruction
My biggest passion is working with kids and young athletes. Lack of correct form and no set work out schedules are a detriment to athletic competition.

Speed, Agility, and Quickness
Another service I offer is teaching speed, agility, and quickness sessions. These allow athletes to build a base of strength that protects against injury and improves athletic performance.
